R.T.M. Nagpur University  has congratulated our College for securing 113th (AIR) position in NIRF-2020 in Engineering Category and also securing first position amongst unaided private Engineering Colleges in Maharashtra.

RCOEM signs Memorandum of Understanding with Kingsway Hospitals in the field of Bio-Medical Engg.

Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management (RCoEM) added another feather to its cap when it signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kingsway Hospitals, Nagpur. The MoU was signed on July 08, 2020 by Shri Govindlal Agarwal, General Secretary, RCOEM and Dr. R. R. Khandelwal, Director (Academics), Kingsway Hospitals in the presence of Mr. Anand Sancheti, Chairman, Board of Directors, Dr. Prakash Khetan, Managing Director, Dr. Pramod Gandhi, Director, and Mr. Amit Somani, BUH and Chartered Accountant from Kingsway Hospitals, Shri Rajendra Purohit, Secretary, RCoEM and Dr. R. S. Pande, Principal, RCoEM.

The signing of this MoU marks the beginning of a new relationship between technocrats and medical practitioners.The purpose of the agreement is to build a framework for establishing a cooperative and productive relationship to evolve a better system for the application of engineering aspects in the field of biomedical engineering. This interdisciplinary collaboration comes at a time when the nation needs the best of brains to come together and work towards a common cause.

Dr. R.R. Khandelwal discussed about the various opportunities in the field of biomedical engineering. He also spoke about the scope and importance of telemedicine in easing the clinical problems and infrastructure development in view of the expanding scope of the health care sector.

The MOU also expresses infrastructure and research support to foster the development of innovative health care applications. Hence this collaboration will open up new frontiers for faculty, students and researchers with expertise in diverse areas to work together towards the unified goal of creating products and techniques that will ease the work of technicians and medical practitioners.

This MoU is expected not only to increase joint research but also to result in development of solutions for the overall betterment of the society. Both the parties are committed towards creating an ecosystem that will increase sharing of resources and enriching the intellectual capacity of the researchers. It is also expected that the solutions generated through this tie-up will have far reaching implications and will lead to improvement in the health care services.

Confluence of Sanskrit and Technology MoU between KKSU and RCOEM

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was recently signed between Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management (RCOEM), a leading autonomous educational institution in Central India with Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University ( KKSU), Ramtek, a lone Sanskrit University in Maharashtra. The agreement is intended to combine ancient Sanskrit literature with modern science and technology. The MoU was exchanged in between Acharya Shrinivas Varakhedi, Vice Chancellor, Kavidkulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University and Prof. Nikhil Damle, Registrar, RCOEM. For the last three years, the Ministry of Human Resource Development has started a Non-formal Sanskrit Education centre at Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management. Through this center, engineering students are receiving Sanskrit language training and trying to use the precious treasure hidden in Sanskrit literature and ancient literature for the benefit of the society. The agreement was signed through the visionary role of the Vice Chancellor Acharya Shrinivas Varakhedi and the RCOEM Principal Dr. Rajesh Pande. The MoU is expected to further boost the research attitude among faculty members, researchers and students of engineering and Sanskrit. Dr. Vijay Kumar CG, Registrar, KKSU; Dr. Prasad Gokhale, Director, Board of Planning and development, KKSU; Sumit Kathale, Assistant Registrar and Dr. Bhalchandra Hardas, Sanskrit Centre Coordinator, RCOEM were prominently present on the occasion.

मध्य भारतातील अग्रगण्य शैक्षणिक संस्था श्रीरामदेवबाबा अभियांत्रिकी आणि प्रबंधन महाविद्यालय तसेच महाराष्ट्रातील प्रख्यात कव��कुलगुरू कालिदास संस्कृत विद्यापीठ , रामटेक यांच्यात नुकताच सामंजस्य करार करण्यात आला. प्राचीन संस्कृत साहित्य आणि आधुनिक विज्ञान आणि तंत्रज्ञानाचा समन्वय व्हावा यासाठी हा करार करण्यात आला आहे. कविकुलगुरू कालिदास संस्कृत विद्यापीठाचे कुलगुरू आचार्य श्रीनिवास वरखेडी आणि  श्रीरामदेवबाबा अभियांत्रिकी आणि प्रबंधन महाविद्यालयाचे कुलसचिव प्रा निखिल दामले यांनी सामंजस्य करार हस्तांतरित केला. रामदेवबाबा अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालयात गत तीन वर्षांपासून मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालयाचे अनौपचारिक संस्कृत शिक्षण केंद्र सुरु झाले आहे. या केंद्रामार्फत अभियांत्रिकी विद्यार्थी संस्कृत भाषा प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करीत असून संस्कृत साहित्य आणि प्राचीन वाङ्मयात दडलेला अनमोल खजिना यांचा समाजाला उपयोग व्हावा यासाठी प्रयत्नरत आहे. कुलगुरु आचार्य श्रीनिवास वरखेडी आणि  रामदेवबाबा महाविद्यालयाचे महाविद्यालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ राजेश पांडे यांच्या दूरदृष्टी भूमिकेतून कराराचे सूतोवाच झाले. प्रस्तुत करारामुळे अभियांत्रिकी आणि संस्कृतचे प्राध्यापक, संशोधक आणि विद्यार्थी यांच्यातील संशोधन वृत्तीस अधिक चालना मिळावी असा विचार आहे. रामटेक येथे संपन्न झालेल्या या करार हस्तांतरण सोहोळ्यास कविकुलगुरू कालिदास संस्कृत विद्यापीठाचे कुलसचिव डॉ विजयकुमार सी जी , नियोजन आणि विकास मंडळ संचालक डॉ प्रसाद गोखले , सहायक कुलसचिव सुमित कठाळे आणि श्रीरामदेवबाबा अभियांत्रिकीचे बौद्धिक संपदा विभाग समन्वयक डॉ भालचंद्र हरदास प्रामुख्याने  उपस्थित होते.
