RCOEM students are the winners of Hack The Game at IIT Goa

Team of two- Madhav Jha (III Semester CSE AIML) and Anjali Kushwaha (III Semester CSE Data Science) won the 1st position in the event Hack The Game, organized by IIT Goa during the Annual technical fest CEPHE-2022 held in January 2022.

Goal of the event was to learn and use OpenCV python library and demonstrate in the hackathon. Aim of the Hackathon was to take any game of choice and use OpenCV as primary library and any other required to "hack" as in to achieve a great score that would be not possible via manual human gameplay. The team (thisDot) hacked the game atari breakout by google and achieved a high score of 2444.

Civil Department organized two day workshop on Advanced Construction Techniques and Artificial Intelligence under NEEV 2022

Department of Civil Engineering Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management has organised a two day workshop on Advanced Construction Techniques and Artificial Intelligence in Civil Engineering under the banner of NEEV 2022. The  function was inaugurated by Er. Naresh Gurbani( Executive Director at Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited.) as the Chief Guest. The programme was graced by HoD, Dr Ms.  The first day of workshop consisted of 4  sessions related to the career opportunities and Entrepreneurship opportunities in the domain of civil engineering. Around 100 students from various colleges of Nagpur attended the event .The session concluded with  a hands on  session  carried out on Non-Destructive Testing by Dr. Dilip Mase ( Director of PT Mase and Associates.) Students got their hands on the equipments so as to get the actual feel of the working mechanism of the instrument.
